About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Strategist to join our team at Naylor's Equestrian LLP. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to play a pivotal part in developing and executing our technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine our tech strategy in collaboration with senior leaders, aligning with JD Sports' omnichannel objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring alignment and clarity in objectives.
  • Analyse financial and operational data to develop high-quality business cases and other strategic materials.
  • Craft compelling storylines and messaging to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Support the development of our Technology Roadmap to sequence and track transformative projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Chief Technology Strategist, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our technology strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment with our broader business goals.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business, management, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of management consultancy or accountancy experience, ideally in Technology, Digital, or IT — recently at or near Senior Consultant level.
  • 1+ years of business experience in the Retail or Technology sectors.
