We strive to revolutionize the educational support landscape for vulnerable young people in the UK. As an SEN/SEND Teaching Professional, you will join a dynamic team focused on providing holistic and trauma-informed education. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with diverse learning needs.
This position is perfect for experienced SENCo, SLD/MLD Teachers, Autism/ADHD Support Teachers, Intervention Specialists, or Ex-Teachers who want to make a positive impact through their work. You will engage with us as a Worker, providing short-term engagements as needed. Your contract will be managed through PAYE.
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN/SEND Teaching Professional to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND
- Supporting students with SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs
- Creating and implementing individualized lesson plans
- Collaborating with the SEN/SEND Support Team to ensure seamless support
Requirements:
- Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Experience working with young people with SEND and SEMH
- Enhanced DBS and safeguarding knowledge
- Two professional references
- Right to work in the UK
