About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. As a dedicated member of our staff, you will provide vital support to children with complex needs, working closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized strategies for learning and inclusion.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education, preferably with NVQ Level 3 Qualification or equivalent. Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, particularly those with Challenging Behaviour and Emotional Behavioural Disorders, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Providing one-to-one support to students, developing strong relationships and promoting social, emotional, and academic progress.
- Contribution to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in conjunction with teaching staff.
- Assisting teachers in creating inclusive learning environments, ensuring equal access to education for all students.
