About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Wrexham. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, as required
  • Support with household and domestic tasks, including laundry and cleaning
  • Assist with medication administration and ensure residents take their medication as prescribed
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements
  • Mandatory Care Certificate (training can be provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Enhanced DBS (assistance provided)
