About the Role:
This is a chance for Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Paramedics to further their careers with a leading multi-national employer in a hybrid working arrangement. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive assessments for the Governments disability allowance (PIP) while providing a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service to claimants. Key responsibilities include managing caseloads from start to finish, which includes face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience. You should also possess valid registration on NMC or HCPC without any restrictions. Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy are essential for this position.
Benefits:
This role offers a basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500, plus a 5% retention bonus that can rise to 10% quality and retention bonus. The OTE is £45,650. Additional benefits include a company laptop and mobile phone, access to a health and wellbeing programme, annual charity day, employee network groups, and a company-matched pension scheme.
