Ward Host/Hostess

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Patient Dining team as a Ward Host/Hostess. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their nutritional and hydration needs are met, and contributing to a warm and welcoming hospital environment.

• Provide menus and take orders from patients, addressing dietary and allergen queries with care and attention.
• Prepare and deliver refreshments and meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and presentation.
• Clear ward areas, wash dishes, and ensure the kitchen is prepared for the next service, demonstrating a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Liaise with ward staff to ensure patients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, prioritizing patients' needs and providing a positive experience in every interaction.
