Job Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our specialist school in Braintree. This role involves working with students who have SEMH and ASD, providing individualized support and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEND and a passion for teaching. A driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of SEND students.

Remuneration:

This temporary position comes with a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, including 7% statutory holiday pay. In some cases, the option to convert this role to a permanent position may be available.

Essential Criteria:

A valid driving licence and access to a car are necessary for this role. Applicants must hold the required qualifications and training to excel in this position.
