Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our thriving specialist school in Braintree. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH and ASD.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a specialist school or provision, although we encourage educators with a genuine passion for teaching and a desire to work within the special needs sector to apply.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Collaborate closely with students, teachers, and support staff to provide individualized support and guidance.
Salary and Benefits:

This temporary position comes with a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, plus 7% statutory holiday pay. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

Requirements:

A driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role. All applicants must possess the necessary qualifications and training to excel in this position.
