CER Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a mainstream primary school in Hartlepool. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in Key Stage 2 and be able to support students with additional SEND needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students in Key Stage 2 with their learning and development
- Work with teachers to deliver lessons and activities
- Assist with the management of student behavior and provide positive reinforcement
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Ability to engage with children and promote positive behavior
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment
