Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with airports and ground handlers across the Ryanair network to ensure seamless immigration processes.
  • Assist airports and ground handlers with passport and visa queries, providing accurate and efficient solutions.
  • Communicate with flight crews in advance of any inadmissible passenger removals across the network.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports to track immigration-related metrics.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
