We are seeking a Supervisor to join our Immigration team and work closely with Ryanair’s Head of Immigration Affairs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish communication channels with Border and Police authorities throughout Europe regarding immigration-related affairs.
- Supervise and fulfil data protection requests from law enforcement agencies.
- Oversee the execution of Advanced Passenger Information and Passenger Name Record projects, collaborating with Border authorities on rectifying missing data.
- Manage Carrier's Liability Charges and other immigration-related fees.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on immigration matters, and report/escalate issues to the Head of Immigration as needed.
- Contribute and supervise to the operations of the Immigration Department to ensure efficiency and compliance with administrative duties.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Immigration team, maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets.
- Uphold compliance with Ryanair’s policies and procedures.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly in Excel spreadsheet management.
- Ability to gather, assess, and report information in diverse formats concerning KPIs and other immigration matters.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in the English language.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or comprehensive knowledge of European and national immigration regulations.
- Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous but not mandatory.
