Product Governance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Governance Manager to join our team at FJN Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the strategic objectives for product governance are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of delivery, prioritization, and resource utilization/optimization for product governance initiatives.
- Review customer journeys for sales, MTAs, MTCs, renewals, and all other customer communications to ensure they are clear and in line with best practice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product governance excellence.
Requirements:
- Several years of product governance experience, preferably in the insurance or MGA industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
