Job Title: Diagnostic Radiographer

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiographer to join our team at the University Hospital of North Midlands. As a Diagnostic Radiographer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images and ensuring patients receive excellent care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images using digital technology
  • Support all grades of staff, including student radiographers and assistant practitioners
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging techniques and technologies
Requirements:
  • Full HCPC registration
  • Evidence of in-house training in leadership or modality-related areas
  • Minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience at Band 5 or above in a NHS organization
  • Experience of DR x-ray systems and QA programs
  • Ability to work under pressure and participate in 24/7 rosters
