Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Laboratory Assistant to join our team at CK Group in Cambridge. The successful candidate will support the Office Manager and other team members in providing excellent customer service, performing routine administration duties, and working within our Matrix LIMS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Office Manager and other team members in striving for customer service excellence
  • Sample reception and scanning of requests into the computer system (Matrix)
  • Use of the Matrix LIMS system and data entry
  • Answering the telephone to clients and responding to email enquiries
  • Preparation and dispatch of laboratory supplies to clients
Requirements:
  • Qualification or experience in a scientific environment is advantageous
  • Able to learn and understand important elements of laboratory diagnostic testing
  • An interest in science relating to animals
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits including a competitive pension scheme, life insurance, and generous holiday allowance.
