Social Account Executive Role Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist for Social Media Campaigns to join our fast-paced startup environment in Central London. This role will support our social media managers with the day-to-day running of campaigns across our content lead clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create impactful content for clients across multiple social media platforms.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure cohesion in content strategy and execution.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate trending themes into content for better audience connection.
  • Tailor content to specific campaigns and trends to maximize reach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media developments, and emerging topics that could influence content.
  • Develop innovative concepts that leverage current trends, including memes and pop culture references, to promote products effectively.
  • Generate high-quality content, including scripts where necessary.
  • Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas for campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Support project coordination adhering to critical timelines.
  • Ensure all creative assets and influencers are on-brand and suitable for ongoing campaigns.
  • Help in coordinating internal and external resources.
  • Support building responses to prospects' briefs and identifying areas for improvement and ideas for new business.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in sales, marketing or social media role (ideally known brand and/or agency).
  • Experience within the leisure and hospitality sector is desirable. Understanding of TikTok as well as Instagram.
  • Proven track record of creating content for brands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and presenting.
  • Excellent people skills with a solution-focused outlook.
  • Fluent in English (an additional language would be a bonus).
