Job Summary:

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a seasoned Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a medium-sized nursing home for older people and those with dementia in the North West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of care professionals and ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement improvements as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Home Manager in a similar care setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
