Role Overview

This role supports the Customer Engagement & Customer Care Teams to provide exceptional customer experiences to prospective, new, and existing customers.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, including delivering demonstrations to upskill customers on our learner management system, updating CRM, and other administrative sales tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, enthusiastic and passionate about helping people.
  • Deliver excellent customer service for new and existing customers via email, phone, and virtually.
  • Understand existing customers' challenges and build solutions to help overcome them.
  • Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment.

Requirements

  • Ideal GCSEs above grade C to include English and ICT.
  • Excellent office/IT skills: able to use MS Word, MS Excel, Google/Microsoft Docs, spreadsheets, and email.
