Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the care of high-level At Risk Mental State clients within our ARMS Service.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in accordance with NICE guidelines and National EI Access and waiting time standards.

Main Duties
  • Coordinate the care of high-level At Risk Mental State clients within the ARMS Service.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in line with NICE guidelines and National EI Access and waiting time standards.
  • Manage risk and collaborate with team colleagues to support service users.
  • Contribute to the mission of the ARMS Service by empowering individuals and their families to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Person Specification

Essential

  • Registered with NMC, Social work England or HCPC.
  • Mentorship or equivalent qualification.
  • Evidence of personal and professional development in contemporary mental health.

Desirable

  • Certificate in a psychotherapeutic/psychosocial intervention.
  • Training in use of CAARMS (Comprehensive Assessment of At Risk Mental State) assessment tool.
  • Family Intervention training.
