Equipment Repair Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Repair Specialist to join our team at Shorterm Group. This role involves the repair and maintenance of horticultural machinery sold by our sales departments. As a key member of our workshop team, you will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair faults in horticultural machinery
- Maintain and service equipment to high standards
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in heavy equipment maintenance or repair
- Strong understanding of horticultural machinery systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment
