About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in delivering high-quality care to individuals with frailty in our communities across Plymouth, the South Hams, and West Devon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist Physiotherapy assessments and interventions for individuals with frailty.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to improve the physical function and well-being of patients.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals and patients on Physiotherapy techniques and strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care.
  • Supervise and mentor junior Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate training in Physiotherapy and relevant experience in a community setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of health and social care legislation and policies.
