Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Risk Management Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis for three days per week. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that clinical safety is central to the design of health tech products.

The ideal candidate will have formal training in clinical risk management and experience of developing and implementing a clinical risk management process. You will define and implement our clinical risk management process, plan and lead hazard identification workshops, and take an analytical and pragmatic approach to clinical risk assessment. Additionally, you will support the incident management process to mitigate any clinical impact when incidents occur and ensure learning from incidents is shared and reflected in clinical risk documentation.

The successful candidate will also have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly the ability to communicate technical concepts to a less technical audience. You will act as a trusted expert on clinical risk management, meeting with CSOs from deploying organizations to support their hazard workshops or answer questions about our clinical risk evaluation and justifying the decisions we have made.

This role offers a salary range of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, pro rata, and is based in London. The company values teamwork and collaboration, and this role would suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
