About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Aymes International. As a key member of our Medical Nutrition department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic commercial projects to support business growth and success.
  • Lead a portfolio of high-profile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with the company's mission and objectives.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage commercial models and P&Ls to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with public sector procurement and supply trends, ensuring the company remains competitive in the market.
  • Drive change projects and initiatives, leveraging commercial expertise to deliver business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a commercial role, preferably in the healthcare or medical nutrition sector.
  • Strong commercial insight and exposure to project delivery within the NHS or similar environments.
  • Previous experience in tender or bid management, tender completion, and delivery.
  • Understanding of commercial modeling and P&Ls.
  • Experience driving new projects or initiatives in healthcare or a similar industry that drives change.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to translate commercial benefits to financial outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
