The Cabot Learning Federation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chief Education Officer to join our Executive Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in shaping the trust's strategic direction and ensuring high performance across all aspects of CLF life.

This senior leadership position requires a dynamic and collaborative leader who can help define and lead the trust's educational vision, securing its mission and upholding the HEART values. The successful candidate will be accountable for the quality of educational provision across all phases and types of educational settings, while setting the educational philosophy, strategy, and direction of the trust.

The Deputy Chief Education Officer will lead the Education Executive Team to focus on raising and sustaining standards, as well as securing high-performing education provision. This includes linking with governance leaders to ensure high-quality trust and academy governance, creating and developing networks to support the growth of leadership expertise, and working beyond the trust to enhance the sector and grow the reputation of the CLF.
