Job Title: SEN Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to make a real difference in the lives of young people with complex special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN
  • Support students with their EHCP plans and personal care needs
  • Assess student's learning and development
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with students with SEN, including Autism, Visual and hearing impairments, and complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with students, staff, and parents
