We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Manager to join our team at John Grooms Court in Norwich, Norfolk. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our residents.

The estimated salary for this position is £32,198.40 per annum, plus benefits.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our residential care service in Norwich. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Staff Support and Development
  • System and Process Implementation
  • New Business Opportunities

You will work closely with our governing bodies to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve our goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in residential care management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
