Paid Media Manager

Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing highly effective paid media campaigns to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve business targets and improve ROI.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in paid media management, with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of bid management tools and ability to utilize them to drive KPIs.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with a split between office and home.
