Paid Media Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team at Contempee, a fast-growing e-commerce brand. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple paid digital marketing platforms and email marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to achieve a specific Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
- Manage day-to-day operations of paid social campaigns and their budgets, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop new and innovative ad creative, ensuring alignment with our brand's messaging and aesthetic.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid social media platform updates and best practices, applying this knowledge to optimize our campaigns.
- Work closely with our email marketing team to develop and execute email campaigns that drive sales and engagement.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee projects related to the role, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Manage and improve email flows, conducting A/B testing and analyzing results to inform future email marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years paid media management experience, with a focus on social media advertising.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in email marketing and campaign development.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo and Google Analytics, with experience in Google Ads a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
