Climax Studios is a renowned game development studio with a rich history of creating immersive digital experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Designer to join our team and lead the design of a major AAA console title.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer to work on a high-profile project, leading a team of passionate and highly experienced designers. Our ideal candidate would have a strong background in game design, with experience in creating engaging and interactive experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing game features, working closely with the development team to ensure high-quality results. They will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior designers, providing feedback and guidance to help them grow in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
