Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team on a locum basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy and be able to work effectively in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in a hospital setting
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy programs to improve patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Previous experience of more than six months in a UK-based pharmacy setting
  • MPharm degree or equivalent
  • Clinical diploma (desired, but not essential)
