About the Job:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead to join our dynamic team at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. As a vital member of the Mental Health Liaison Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients in acute settings.

Responsibilities:

  1. To provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of mental health practitioners.
  2. To develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with legislation and Trust guidelines.
  3. To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve seamless care transitions and optimize patient outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A registered mental health practitioner with a degree in nursing, social work, or occupational therapy or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in managing clinical practice at band 6 level.
