Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving production incidents, and developing application software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients at different technical levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving production incidents
  • Develop application software, including cloud/web-based content
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Communicate effectively with clients at different technical levels, including application architects and end-users

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Java-based development or support experience, with knowledge in enterprise/microservices architectures
  • Experience developing or supporting modern web applications, including cloud/web-based content
  • Experience working with a combination of the following technologies: Java, Spring, SpringBoot, Git, Maven, Docker, MongoDB, Selenium/Cucumber
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Strong background in software development and experience with Agile software development
