GreenSquare Accord is a leading provider of social housing and care services, with over 25 years' experience in delivering high-quality care and support services to vulnerable adults. We are currently seeking a talented Waking Night Care Worker to join our team at Furlong House.

As a Waking Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers, responding to emergency calls and providing personalized care and support services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering scheduled calls as a waking night care assistant to respond to emergency calls from our customers and tenants within the building.
  • Supporting adults in an extra care facility with a range of needs.
  • Providing personal care and support services to customers while respecting their rights and choices and promoting independence within their own homes.
  • Assisting with all aspects of personal care such as bathing, dressing, administering medication, and preparing meals.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.94 per hour for nights, plus a generous package of benefits including transport provided from local pick-up points, pension scheme with contributions matched up to 6%, confidential Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), career progression opportunities, specialist online care induction, free DBS and uniform, and £250 refer-a-friend payment scheme.
