About the RoleWe are seeking an Efficiency Engineer to drive operational efficiency and quality by continuously improving operational processes, practices, and skills to meet or exceed business objectives and customer expectations.
About the TeamThis role is part of a team that drives change through people and processes to advance the business. You will be working with a talented group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field (B or equivalent) and evidence of contributing to cross-functional change projects. They will possess good leadership and project management skills, excellent numerical skills, and experience with GSheet/Excel.
A STEM degree and Lean Six Sigma Training would be an asset to the successful candidate.
Responsibilities- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by leading yellow belt projects to improve key operational KPIs.
- Provide training and support to employees on process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Lead and support change initiatives to implement new processes, technologies, or systems, and ensure successful adoption and integration across the organisation.
- Manage and support projects related to operational excellence initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks by implementing preventive measures and controls to ensure smooth operations and minimise disruptions.
- Document process improvements, best practices, and lessons learned, and provide regular reports to management on progress and results.
- Embed best practice into standard work and share across the network.
