High-Tech Equipment Engineer

We are seeking a High-Tech Equipment Engineer to join our team at MDE Consultants in Oxfordshire. As a High-Tech Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for working on a 3-shift pattern within the Packing function, predominantly assigned to lines and driving line performance through corrective/breakdown maintenance and proactive line improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Support and coach operators to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong electrical knowledge and experience in a similar role, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to communicate effectively. If you have a passion for delivering results-driven solutions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
