Job Title: ESG Sustainability Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ESG Sustainability Coordinator to join our team at Stafforce Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) best practices, policies, and cultural behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ESG strategies and policies to improve the company's sustainability performance.
  • Conduct carbon footprinting and analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate ESG risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain ESG reporting and communication materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging ESG trends, policies, and frameworks.
  • Provide ESG training and support to staff.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of ESG-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ESG, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
