Role Details:

Position: ESG Specialist

Salary: up to £38,000 (dependant on experience) + bonus

Location: Driffield, UK (3 days in the office)

My client, a leader in their sector, is seeking an ESG Specialist who is eager to make an impact and embrace new skills in a fast-paced environment. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the ESG Director, taking full ownership of shaping and advancing cutting-edge environmental, philanthropic, and ethical best practices.

• involves analysing ESG risks and opportunities, setting relevant metrics, and aligning reports with frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
• on driving the company's carbon reduction strategy and achieving net-zero targets.
• carbon data, developing KPIs, and aligning ESG efforts with global frameworks like the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to integrate ESG factors into financial reporting, support diversity and inclusion initiatives, and stay ahead of emerging sustainability trends, all while promoting corporate social responsibility internally and externally.
