Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cambridge, working on projects between £15m-£40m+. As a key member of our cost consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects from feasibility through to project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects autonomously, managing budgets and timelines.
  • Work closely with clients to deliver projects that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Manage a team of quantity surveyors and cost managers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Building Surveying.
  • Previous experience as an Associate or Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
