Position Description

This role provides expert environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidance to our manufacturing facilities in Birmingham. The successful candidate will identify and manage EHS risks, ensure accurate reporting, and conduct thorough self-assessments on a timely basis.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards
  • A strong understanding of HSE regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

The EHS Manager will:

  • Develop an annual HSE strategic plan aligned with corporate objectives
  • Serve as lead management representative for ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 certifications
  • Prepare for and assist with external audits from regulatory and certification bodies
  • Conduct internal safety audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
