Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our Clinical team in the West Midlands.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position covering customers across the West Midlands, focusing on promoting health, safety, and well-being of employees through clinical services in private and public sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality occupational health services aligned with key performance indicators.
  • Conduct full-range specialist nurse activities, including managing:
    • Occupational Health referrals
    • Immunisation programs
    • Health Screening and Surveillance
    • New starter screening
    • Direct services
    • Workplace Assessments, including Display Screen Equipment
    • Health Promotion Programs
    • Management of ad hoc Occupational Health issues
    • Face-to-face, video, or telephone consultations, adhering to professional codes and client guidelines
    • Accurate and confidential record-keeping

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN)
  • NMC/NMBI registration
  • Ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Performance Development Plan (PDP)
  • Minimum 2 years Occupational Health experience

Compensation Package:

Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
