Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to individual student needs.
* Provide one-on-one support to students with autism or special educational needs to ensure their inclusion in all classroom activities.
* Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and personal growth.
* Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers on individual performance.
* Facilitate small group tutoring sessions to reinforce learning objectives.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative approach to education.
* Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to mentoring and educating children.

Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism or special educational needs.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students and staff.
* Experience in tutoring or mentoring roles is an advantage.
* A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the diverse needs of students.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to take initiative when required.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
