Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience Designer to join our team at Aspire Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional user experiences for our online travel brand.

Your primary focus will be on crafting intuitive and engaging digital experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with our cross-functional team, including Business Analysts, Product Owners, Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialists, and Web Developers, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong portfolio of UX design work, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality user experiences. Your expertise in designing customer journeys, improving usability, and working with agile processes will be essential in driving business objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Strong portfolio of UX design work with a proven track record of delivering high-quality user experiences
  • Expertise in designing customer journeys, improving usability, and working with agile processes
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Strong technical design knowledge and skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design tools
  • Honors degree in Design
