About You:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mortgage administration within a financial services environment

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Job Details:
- £12.50 - £13.00 per hour salary
- Monday to Friday office hours
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate records and files, adhering to FCA guidelines and company policy
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients throughout the mortgage application process
- Providing high-quality customer service and handling client queries efficiently
- Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensuring full compliance with internal and external standards
