We are hiring a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team in Tamworth, United Kingdom.
This role involves operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring production targets are met in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble products according to company specifications and perform quality checks.
- Report defects and ensure production targets are met.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
