Senior Care Leader

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Registered Service Manager to join our team at SeeAbility.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Supported Living Homes in South of Oxfordshire and make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
Responsibilities- Lead a team to provide high-quality support and promote personalisation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve services and achieve individual goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and CQC requirements.
- QCF in Health & Social Care Level 5 Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years' experience working with people with autism and learning disabilities.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
The estimated salary for this role is £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Fully paid essential training inc. Care Certificate.
- Funded professional qualifications - QCF levels 2-6 available (valued at £3,000+).
