Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our team in Bicester Village and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing daily objectives and action plans to drive key performance indicators (KPIs), developing monthly strategies to meet productivity targets, and ensuring flawless store administration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership and team management background, with experience in HR policies, procedures, recruitment, and people management. You should also have the ability to share knowledge and drive behavioural change, as well as a customer-centric approach and operational efficiency. Knowledge and passion for the wellbeing or lifestyle/beauty industry is highly desirable.
This is a significant career catalyst for a seasoned Manager to step in and make a substantial impact on the growth and future of Rituals. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage inventory, and champion employee wellbeing, all while taking them on the journey here at Rituals.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum-
