About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets, sales profit, and cash flow forecasts, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Ensure all reconciliations are carried out monthly, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Produce financial review packs, providing a comprehensive overview of the company's financial performance.
  • Prepare accurate weekly flash reports, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  • Liaise with external auditors as required, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar Management Accountant role, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
  • Result-focused, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
