About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our management team at Grandir UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to all staff members and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery, ensuring that our children receive the best possible care and education.
  • Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery's keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
  • Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child's progress and development.
