As a Room Manager at N Family Club, you will be responsible for leading a team of expert Educators in one of our nursery Family Rooms. You will be an expert teacher with a passion for coaching and mentoring, and a leader who isn't fazed by a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £27,500 - £31,500, with a performance-related bonus of up to £1,200 per year
  • A choice of a 4-day 36 hour week or the classic 5 day 40 hour week, to suit your lifestyle
  • Up to 32 days of holiday a year, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year, and a 'Me' day off of your choice
  • Complimentary daily lunch and drinks, and a personal development fund of £100 per year
  • Access to our N Academy, which offers funding and paid time off for Level 3/EYTT/EY Degrees/Forest School/Leadership and other training and professional development
  • A £100 clothing allowance, and a family-friendly benefits package including fostering/neonatal leave, enhanced Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, and Shared Parental leave pay after 2 years of continuous service
