Activity Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Activity Coordinator to join our team at Allegra Care in Fordingbridge, New Forest.
About the Role:
- Plan and deliver a wide range of activities for our residents, taking into account their individual needs and interests.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure that activities are tailored to meet the needs of our residents.
- Develop and maintain a safe and engaging environment for activities, ensuring that all necessary precautions are taken.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure that activities meet their needs and expectations.
- Contribute to the development of our activity program, suggesting new ideas and initiatives to enhance the lives of our residents.
About You:
- You will have a passion for delivering high-quality activities that bring joy and fulfillment to our residents.
- You will be highly organized, with excellent time management and communication skills.
- You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- You will have a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, with a focus on meeting the needs of our residents and their families.
