Activity Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activity Coordinator to join our team at Allegra Care in Fordingbridge. As an Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by planning and delivering engaging activities that promote happiness, social interaction, and a sense of purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a wide range of activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of activities and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external partners to promote a sense of community and social connection
- Manage and maintain accurate records of activities, resident participation, and feedback
- Contribute to the development and implementation of activity programs that promote resident engagement and well-being
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Compassion, empathy, and a 'can-do' attitude
